If your order has to shipped via freight or you want expedited shipping, you must meet the minimum order requirements to be eligible for free shipping.

We offer free shipping to most states. If order minimum is not met, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

We accept several payment methods for your convenience. You can pay online via ACH/eCheck or Credit Card. You can also mail or send a scanned copy of a written check.

If you have an approved credit application on file then you do not have to pay at the time of checkout.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your hotel supplies to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

A small restocking fee may apply on some products.

If you are on our regular truck routes, you can fill out a return form and give the product to the driver.
